Premier Pavement was founded by Ryan and John, two Lake Country natives with deep roots in the community. Both grew up in the area, attended Lake Country Lutheran High School, and went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Ryan brings a background in personal finance, risk management, and insurance, giving him a strong understanding of planning, communication, and protecting long-term value. John holds a business degree with an emphasis in real estate and urban land economics and brings hands-on experience in property management and landscaping.
Together, Ryan and John saw an opportunity to serve homeowners, businesses, property managers, and local organizations in an industry that many people need but often do not know who to trust. Premier Pavement was built to provide dependable asphalt maintenance services with clear communication, honest recommendations, and pride in the finished product.
